Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, drive product strategy, and make informed roadmap decisions.
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, market analysis, and input from internal stakeholders.
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from conception to product launch and adoption.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product analysts, and researchers.
- Gather post-adoption feedback and monitor usage metrics.
- Continuously analyze data to understand users’ usage patterns and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software products.
- Experience as a Product Manager in large and complex software applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
- Background as an R&D engineer or equivalent roles- an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field- an advantage.
