About The Job:

The Senior Cybersecurity role will be a crucial member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within the Chief Security Office (CSO).  Responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers and our vendors/partners. Works with senior team members on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for authentication services, including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Reverse Proxy, Entra ID, and certificate-based solutions.

  • Partner directly with application team clients to understand their needs and guide them in adopting appropriate authentication services and features.

  • Identify gaps where existing solutions do not meet client and business needs, gather requirements, and collaborate with product architecture and client teams to advocate for necessary enhancements.

  • Interface with application clients to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and integration issues.

  • Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure client requests are provisioned correctly and within the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Work closely with the product team to develop automated onboarding solutions for application clients, including creating workflows supported by ServiceNow.


Qualifications:

  • Requires 3-5 years’ experience related to authentication services and identity and access management (IAM) solutions. 

  • Desire Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security related fields.

  • Requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Requires Daily Office Presence (5 days a week) at one of the listed locations.

Job Contribution:

Intermediate level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of ATT technologies.

Education:

Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security.

Experience:

Typically requires 3-5 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Senior Cybersecurity, earns between $130,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
