Consumer Technology Experience Omnichannel System Architecture team is seeking an Associate Director with a strong technical background and a passion for the eCommerce industry.
As an Associate Director, you will lead and coordinate team of architects supporting initiatives that enhance AT&T’s customer and employee experience across consumer distribution channels.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Resource Management: Plan and drive staffing of architecture resources including identifying skill set needs in order to provide architecture support for the future
Strategic Alignment:Lead the alignment of application development roadmaps with enterprise strategies, ensuring that projects adhere to architectural and design standards. Gain alignment across multiple consumer teams on strategies
Technical Leadership:Provide expert guidance to highly skilled multidisciplinary teams, combining both business and technical knowledge.
Solution Development:Architect, design, develop, and implement technology-enabled business and technical information solutions across multiple platforms and technologies. Influence scope and solutions of work efforts to achieve business objectives while minimizing costs and technical debt
Technology Research:Research, analyze, and recommend new technologies, tools, and techniques to enhance the firm’s application and enterprise technology strategies.
Process Review:Review business processes and technical solutions to ensure efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technologies.
Job Contribution:
Education:
Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer or Data Analytics nanodegree; or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Typically requires 8-10 years experience.
Possesses strong understanding of internal business segment or stakeholders and strong presentation skills
5+ years related experience in Digital, architecture, and/or development on large-scale systems and platforms
Previous supervisory experience;
Technical expertise in architecture and design of systems
Our Assoc Director-Technology II, earns between $174,100.00-$261,100.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
