Overall Purpose: Manages, directs and supervises the overall operation of one or more inbound call centers with the primary function of selling and servicing consumer accounts.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervises Team Sales Managers that manage a group of inside sales representatives in an inbound call center who are responsible for selling company products and servicing accounts.
Develops business plan to achieve volume expected to meet operational goals and unit revenue objectives.
Creates and implements operational improvements.
Enforces Company and organizational policies and procedures on a daily basis.
Provides feedback, coaching, training motivation, and support to sales managers and representatives.
Counsels and advises subordinates regarding performance and discipline.
Influences decisions regarding hiring, promoting, and discharging employees.
Education: Bachelor degree preferred.
Experience: Call Center processes, procedures and metrics, sales, coaching, leading, developing, problem solving, and MS office preferred.

Our Lead Accountant, earn between $77,400 - $116,200 + $26,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
