Overall Purpose: To monitor and analyze system operations, take or coordinate corrective actions, and establish, implement, and maintain service assurance standards to optimize system performance and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently. • System and Code Management: Ensure secure, accurate migration and management of production code assets. • Documentation and Standards: Document problems, enforce standards, and consult on compliance with development teams. • Process Improvement: Analyze performance and implement processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. • User and Team Support: Provide technical support, training, and communication to users and IT staff.
Job Contribution: A professional with solid knowledge of fundamental concepts and organizational practices, working on smaller projects. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 1+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered
