The GRC and SecOPS ServiceNow Configuration Manager is responsible for overseeing the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Security Operations (SecOps). This role ensures that the ServiceNow platform is optimized to support the organization's risk management, compliance, and security objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuration Management: Develop and maintain the configuration of multiple applications primarily in the GRC and Security Operations Modules.
Integration: Implement and manage integrations into GRC and SecOps modules to enhance risk management and vulnerability response
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline GRC and SecOps workflows and enhance overall platform efficiency
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that align with business objectives
Training and Support: Educate and mentor stakeholders on best practices for using ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through effective configuration and monitoring
Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ Years experience in ServiceNow configuration management, particularly in GRC and SecOps modules.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Certifications: ServiceNow certifications in GRC and SecOps, as well as Agile methodologies and Security certifications are preferred.
Education:
Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Typically requires 8-10 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Principal Cybersecurity earns between $141,300.00-$211,900.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
