JOB LOCATION: 1025 Lenox Park Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319
DUTIES: Professional Software Engineer needed by Cricket Wireless, LLC in Atlanta, GA to Create ServiceNow and ADO solutions for various Cricket organizations using JavaScript, Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs. Develop and troubleshoot ServiceNow and ADO applications. Integrate ServiceNow and ADO applications with other programs. Analyze technical development requirements. Provide documentation and reports for application analysis. Identify application and work-flow deficiencies and develop solutions for them. Deploy solutions in production and pre-production environments. Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups. Complete user stories, bug fixes, enhancements in timely manner to meet estimated times. Utilize ServiceNow, ADO and ITIL service management tools and technologies. Utilize SCRUM, and Glide API.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering Data Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing JavaScript, Web Services, REST and SOAP APIs; utilizing ServiceNow, ADO and ITIL service management tools and technologies; and utilizing SCRUM and Glide API.
