Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Client Relationship and Account Management: Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand their needs, utilize consultative skills to close sales, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty and may deliver tailored presentations. Demonstrate critical thinking to and strong relationship building skills to support customer.
• Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting, or exceeding revenue targets. Will be expected to craft effective sales strategies to help solve complex customer problems.
• Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• RFP response Management: May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
• Customer Support and Dispute Resolution: May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.
Duties directly related to making sales includes: Meeting with customers engaged in sales activities at the customers site, communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc., related to proposed solution/sale etc., traveling to and from the customers premise, preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solution/sale, researching and developing customer solutions with ATT external partners, including design and engineering, and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
Strong understanding technology, applications, and solutions.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in prospecting and lead generation techniques.
Knowledge onboarding processes is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a sales or sales support role. Strongly Prefer experience in Public Sector and First Net
Work Environment:
This requires travel to customer sites and sales events.
Flexibility to work in various settings, including office, remote, and field environments.
Hours may vary based on customer needs and public safety responsibilities to assist during emergencies
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 8+ years of related sales experience.
Public Safety Background or deep knowledge of FirstNet
Land Mobile Radio (LMR) or Push to Talk (PTT) knowledge is strongly desired
Our Lead Client Solutions Exec Mob IV's earn a base salary between $141,300 -$211,900 + commission with a total target compensation of $182,100 - 252,700. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
