Position Overview: This senior-level career opportunity is responsible for the performance of all functions involved in quality assurance and test execution for new and existing applications and interfaces.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement QA strategies.
Utilize deep knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Design, develop, analyze test plans and strategies, write and execute test cases, and troubleshoot defects for applications.
Determine integrated testing solutions that include cross-dependencies between organizations and programs.
Develop data and environment strategies utilizing architectural skills and methodology to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
Responsibilities include E2E testing, which encompasses the entire customer experience including sales, ordering, provisioning, activation, billing, payment processing, and customer service.
Perform integrated IT/Network tests to ensure services function properly, are billed accurately, and issues can be resolved/managed.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in developing and implementing QA strategies.
Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with the SPOCK framework.
Proficiency in JAVA REST APIs.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Typically requires 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering; Developer nanodegree, or equivalent experience.

Hands-on experience in automation using SPOCK and Katalon.

Our Principal Quality Assurance, earns between $130,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
