Key Roles / Responsibilities:
Development of novel algorithms for detecting anomalous behavior in subscriber sentiment during scheduled and non-scheduled events within the wireless network.
Exploratory data analysis of customer care and network data to identify patterns and make new predictions with respect to event impact.
Collaborate with product owners, customer care representatives, technical staff, and RAN engineers in developing and evolving new standards and metrics.
Contribute to and/or lead project work building and testing proofs of concept for new strategies, patterns, and architectures in collaboration with the rest of the business unit.
Qualifications / Skills of interest:
Data Science / Machine Learning / AI development – experience developing new algorithms for modeling
Knowledge & Understanding of LTE/5G SA cellular networks
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and advanced Business Intelligence
Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as regression, classification, clustering, time series, and deep learning.
Software Development – python, R
Education:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Typically requires 5-8 years of applicable experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Environmental Requirements:
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Our Senior RAN Design Engineering, earns between $118,800-$178,200 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
