Key Responsibilities:
Verifying the quality of contractual agreements according to given audit criteria
Billing systems readiness verification for clients’ accounts
Validation of billing triggers for delivered services
Initiate invoicing processes
Monitor billing quality to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate errors
Managing custom billing projects, according to AT&T customer needs
Perform basic data mining and analysis to support business intelligence
Stay updated on emerging technologies and AI trends

Required Skills:
2+ years' experience of working on a Billing Analyst or similar accounting position
Good practical experience with electronic billing procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office٫ particularly especially Excel
Familiarity with databases and SQL
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Responsibility٫ close attention to detail٫ ability to meet tight deadlines
University degree (1st /2nd grade) in accounting or similar area
Nice to Have:
Pro MS Excel, Power BI, Crystal Reports over SQL Server
Understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their applications
