Job Summary: The Senior Cyber Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects and initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of cybersecurity practices and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the delivery of cybersecurity projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a project management or delivery management role.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
Proven experience in managing large-scale cybersecurity projects and initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent highly desirable.

Our Senior Cybersecurity earns between $130,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
