RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant.
AT&T has an opening for a Video System Administrator to perform technical duties related to administration and end-user support for VTC infrastructure, endpoint devices and video streaming.
This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform technical duties related to administration and end-user support for VTC infrastructure, endpoint devices and video streaming.
Installing, configuring, tests, upgrades, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing video teleconferencing (VTC) system and VOIP systems.
Conducting quality assurance tests to identify system failures and to analyze, isolate and correct operational faults on VTC and VOIP equipment infrastructure and software in the end user environment.
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications: Five (5) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. (NOTE: Five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree). DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification.

Our Video System Administrator (SA1) (Government) earns between $62,800 - $101,600 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
