We are seeking a dynamic Agile Change Management Lead to drive organizational transformation and embed agile principles across teams and workflows. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of agile strategies to support large-scale organizational change initiatives. As the bridge between process and people, you’ll ensure seamless adoption of agile frameworks, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role requires a certified agile professional with demonstrated expertise in managing complex organizational change and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Change Leadership:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support enterprise-wide agile adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change readiness and address resistance.
- Drive alignment between leadership, teams, and business units to achieve transformation goals.
- Agile Process Implementation:
- Lead the adoption and scaling of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Design and optimize workflows, sprint cycles, and iterative planning processes.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Training and Coaching:
- Mentor teams, leaders, and stakeholders on agile principles and best practices.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to build organizational agile capabilities.
- Serve as an Agile Coach to guide teams in achieving high performance.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent communication and alignment of goals.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business units to integrate agile processes into operations.
- Create clear and actionable plans for transitioning to agile methodologies.
- Metrics and Continuous Improvement:
- Define KPIs to measure the success of agile initiatives and change management efforts.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Report on agile adoption progress and impact to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications (Required):
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or SAFe Agilist Certification.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Change Management certifications such as Prosci or CCMP.
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certifications.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in agile transformation, process improvement, or organizational change management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale agile adoption initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and resistance mitigation.
- Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Our Agile Change Management Lead earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
