JOB TITLE: Assistant Vice President, Web Technology

DUTIES:Assistant Vice President, Web Technology needed by AT&T Services, Inc., in Dallas, TX to provide strategic direction and guidance to digital teams to plan and prioritize technology investments and create digital solutions that enable business strategies and support business needs. Design, develop, and optimize digital platforms powering web channels. Oversee the development of multi-year transformation roadmaps. Enable and accelerate business processes and results through process simplification, tool rationalization, and strategic roadmap alignment. Develop technology strategies, assist with annual planning, and provide critical input to digital strategic planning. Tailor the standard technology service catalog to optimize delivery and meet business needs. Provide input to define, prioritize, and manage program and project initiatives. Define and design new services to support business needs. Develop KPI metrics used to track value delivery and forecast and report KPIs to a diverse audience including executives. Provide details on cost, value, and opportunity to optimize spending including initiatives and support services. Gather business requirements and define scope during initial discovery through meetings and interviews. Facilitate large group and cross-functional scoping and design sessions with partners. Lead the development of business cases required for transformational technology investments. Ensure Agile project execution is on time, within scope and budget, and meets requirements. Define operational SLAs based on business needs in partnership with operational support functions. Provide recommendations for implementation of new or upgraded systems and technologies. Lead an engineering team responsible for the performance of high-traffic corporate websites and applications. Drive profitable and sustainable growth by building new digital channels in house and in partnership with key vendors. Utilize analytics software including Adobe Analytics. Supervise four (4) Assoc Director- Technology II, one (1) Director- Tech Product Mgmt, and one (1) Director- Product Management & Develop. Domestic and international travel required up to 25%.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology and five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in a related occupation designing, developing, and optimizing digital platforms powering web channels; developing KPI metrics used to track value delivery and forecasting and reporting KPIs to a diverse audience including executives; providing details on cost, value, and opportunity to optimize spending including initiatives and support services; ensuring Agile project execution is on time, within scope and budget, and meets requirements; defining operational SLAs based on business needs in partnership with operational support functions; and leading an engineering team responsible for the performance of high-traffic corporate websites and applications. Domestic and international travel required up to 25%.
