Overall Purpose: Supervise the design, development, and operation of technology solutions to support the Marketing and Product Organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient execution of initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Supervise Cross-Functional Teams: Oversee the definition of strategy, technical roadmap, and business cases for the rapid delivery of new applications and enhancements, including products, pricing, offers, and promotions. • Champion Customer Advocacy and Expertise: Ensure the team serves as the voice of the customer, providing subject matter expertise on marketing technology platforms, CX solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications. • Lead Technical Project Execution: Supervise the execution of technical projects using Agile methodology, including planning, execution, use of standard Agile tools, Epic creation, and User Story development. • Oversee Development and Testing: Manage the definition of requirements, code writing, documentation, user story creation, test case execution, application debugging, and user interactions for system requirements and modifications. • Provide Training and Support Oversight: Ensure the provision of training and support to marketing and sales teams, manage system settings, plan and execute testing, and prepare channel readiness documentation.
Job Contribution: Designs and executes strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization. Oversees departmental programs and is often hands-on with the design and implementation of applicable strategies. Typically leads large teams, supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 10+ years of related experience.
