This critical role is within the AT&T Business Product organization. You will be a critical member of the overall Business Wireless product team that is responsible for managing existing and bringing new Wireless voice and data plans, business wireless devices, and value-added wireless services to market.
Specifically, you will be a member of the team that, will be responsible for ensuring AT&T’s competitive position in the market and driving significant volume and revenue growth of the new flagship business Insurance product.
To manage strategic vendor relationships between our Care team and strategic partners using relationship management techniques to enhance vendor performance, ensure compliance with quality standards, achieve goals and targets, and drive continuous improvement, thereby delivering value for both the company and the suppliers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Relationship Management: Manage and build positive relationships with key/strategic suppliers using relationship management techniques to deliver mutual value.
Performance and Compliance: Establish and enforce systems and procedures to monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality commitments including Training, and achieve mutually agreed goals and targets.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the supplier side to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Issue Resolution: Report on and collaborate in resolving any performance issues with suppliers.
Relationship Management Plans: Develop and implement relationship management plans and monitoring measures for suppliers.

An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.
Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Product Management & Develop, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
