DUTIES: Lead Product Marketing needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, Texas [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to workon success of product and group of products through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan. Conduct multi-year product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, achieve product performance, revenue, market share, and profitability objectives. Identify, monitors and analyzes internal financials, movement, revenue, cost, sales and external technology, market share, competitive performance parameters to position, and modify features. Identify new uses for the product. Provide continuing product surveillance and management of established product to attain financial objectives. Work on revenue attainment and profitability. Provide readout to leadership level regarding products and plans as assigned. Work on volume and financial forecasting, data management, data acquisition, data mapping, data optimization, data visualization, data analysis and insights, support of product and marketing strategy, process development, process improvement, and project management. Gather and analyze data with trends from external and internal sources including from operational and business support systems. Work with OSS/BSS platforms. Work on telecommunications business products and services including connectivity, value added services, and legacy voice services. Utilize data analysis tools to understand complex information, identify patterns and insights, develop hypothesis, build forecasting models, design and distribute metrics and dashboards that provide actionable business information. Work on data analysis and data profiling on Snowflake. Work on database querying tools including SQL Developer, data visualization tools along with Power BI, data modeling, and basic understanding of software coding for data analysis using tools including Python.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or Engineering and 3 Years of experience in the job offered, or 3 Years of experience in a related occupation identifing, monitoring and analyzing internal financials, movement, revenue, cost, sales and external technology, market share, competitive performance parameters to position, and modify features; working on revenue attainment and profitability; providing readout to leadership level regarding products and plans as assigned; gathering and analyzing data with trends from external and internal sources including from operational and business support systems; working with OSS/BSS platforms; working on telecommunications business products and services including connectivity, value added services, and legacy voice services; utilizing data analysis tools to understand complex information, identify patterns and insights, develop hypothesis, build forecasting models, design and distribute metrics and dashboards that provide actionable business information; working on data analysis and data profiling on Snowflake; working on database querying tools including SQL Developer, data visualization tools along with Power BI, data modeling, and basic understanding of software coding for data analysis using tools including Python.
