Location: This position requires a minimum of 5 days per week in the office and is only available at the locations listed. No relocation assistance is provided.

Role Overview: Oversees the complete lifecycle of products and promotions, from initial concept to market launch and beyond. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough market research to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable designs.
  • Developing detailed requirements documents.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for new initiatives.
  • Defining target markets and conducting competitive analysis.

Collaboration with business, technology, and user experience teams is crucial for designing effective products with minimal investment. Leveraging customer and employee feedback, the manager will develop innovative promotion strategies, create compelling executive presentations to secure stakeholder support, and manage project roadmaps and budgets. This role also involves managing vendor relations and funding requests, particularly for complex products or product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify priorities for new products, promotions, or services.
  • Product Development: Define market segments, conduct competitive analysis, and document product functionality.
  • Business Case Preparation: Prepare and present business cases for new products and promotions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, technology, and UX teams to design products that meet business needs with minimal investment.
  • Promotion Strategy Development: Utilize customer and employee feedback to develop new promotion strategies aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  • Executive Presentations: Create and present project initiatives to secure stakeholder support.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, acquire estimates, request funding, and review billed invoices.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage vendor relations and funding requests for complex products or product lines.
  • Communication and Documentation: Maintain communication channels with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end product and promotion experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new products and promotions.
  • Compile detailed provisioning requirements and promotional journeys within Promo Briefs & Technical Requirement Documents.
  • Assess and recommend improvements to the customer journey post-launch.
  • Utilize competitive insights and industry trends to make agile business decisions.
  • Manage promotional budgets and track financials related to Reward Cards.

Compensation: Our Lead Product Marketing Managers earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD annually. The individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
