This job requisition is for a lead ServiceNow Developer supporting AT&T’s HR operations. Applicants must have extensive ServiceNow development experience, including using JavaScript and HTML/CSS with ServiceNow development.
This role works within a team of developers who routinely develop in the following ServiceNow modules. Work experience in these modules is highly desirable: HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Supplier Lifecycle Operations, Performance Analytics.
Overall Purpose: Design/develop code, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions, ensuring efficient delivery processes and production support with a focus on automation and industry best practices.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Design, Development and Coding: Design and code software applications by applying various programming languages to execute development methodologies. (Software Engineers MUST design AND code applications at a minimum.)
• Collaboration and Communication: Gather and review software requirements, provide estimates, create design specifications, and work with engineers/architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions.
• Testing and Debugging: Develop and implement automated test plans, validate test environments, data, and results, design and implement code fixes, and produce reporting.
• Maintenance and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve application configuration and environment issues.
• Deployment: Facilitate and support the software deployment process.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Software Engineering earn between $128,400 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
