Overall Purpose: Act as a liaison/Product Owner Delegate between business stakeholders and delivery teams, systematically gathering and documenting requirements/user stories to ensure alignment with business needs and successful project delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and maintain detailed business and technical requirements (Waterfall methodology) or user stories (Agile methodology). • Stakeholder Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding, alignment of project goals, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Validation, Verification, and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and participate in testing and UAT activities to ensure requirements/user stories are accurately implemented and final deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards. • Change and Risk Management: Manage changes to requirements/user stories, assess their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources, and identify and mitigate related risks. • Project Planning and Continuous Improvement: Assist in project planning activities, such as creating timelines and resource allocation plans, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve requirements management/user stories processes and tools.
