Join our team as a Senior Specialist, Tax, and play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing indirect tax matters to ensure compliance and identify tax optimization opportunities.

As a Senior Specialist, Tax, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in the management and analysis of indirect tax matters. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting indirect tax legislation, and offering guidance and support to business units on various tax-related issues. You will be tasked with maintaining tax exemption certificates, responding to vendor taxability inquiries, assisting the indirect tax audit team with research and analysis, and participating in special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and Maintain Tax Exemption Certificates: Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of all tax exemption certificates.

• Respond to Vendor Taxability Inquiries: Address and resolve vendor inquiries regarding taxability issues.

• Assist Indirect Tax Audit Team: Conduct research and analysis to support the indirect tax audit team.

• Participate in Special Projects: Contribute tax expertise to various special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of indirect tax legislation and compliance requirements.

• Skills:

  • Research and Analysis: Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in data extraction and analysis tools.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
