Your Role & Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Dive into complex datasets and uncover actionable insights that solve business problems, predict behaviors, and identify triggers.
- Work with relational databases, data lakes, and warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
- Apply cutting-edge statistical methods to quantify data variances and build predictive models that drive business outcomes (Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series, Gradient Boosting).
Business Case Development
- Develop compelling business cases by analyzing big data, creating complex models, and delivering recommendations that enhance processes, financial outcomes, and business models.
- Test predictive models against real-world scenarios for accuracy and reliability.
Reporting & Visualization
- Create stunning dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and other tools to communicate insights effectively.
- Advise business partners on data patterns and relationships to recommend strategic direction.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Advanced Analytics earn between $130,700 - $196,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
