As a Representative in a Credit & Collections Call Center, you’ll take a lead in keeping our customers connected. You will deliver a positive experience while working with customers to bring their overdue accounts current. Job Description:
Important: please consider that this position is available to start 2nd semester of 2025.
What you’ll do:
- Have effective communication and negotiation skills, being able to overcome objections and find solutions.
- Achieve collection goals by providing customer service and then secure collecting as much as possible, as soon as possible as human as possible.
- Effective win - win negotiation on overdue account payments
- General billing support to clarify doubts, orders and complaints regarding overdue payments or fees
- Listen, respond, and resolve consistently on every call throughout your shift.
- Be comfortable using a personal computer to take notes and research billing questions while engaging with customers on the phone.
What you’ll bring:
- Advanced Conversational English to converse seamlessly with U.S. customers.
- Personal Computer experience with Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Previous experience in customer care, billing, collections, or similar roles is highly desired.
- Ability to train/work 40 hours per week during operation hours from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm CST, Monday to Friday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays) - WEEKENDS OFF
- Ability to work in the office 100% of the time

This job will require to you work in our offices starting on your first day of training, and you will need to confirm your availability to work on site during the interview process. We do not currently offer remote or hybrid job opportunities.

Once you’ve been selected, it takes an average of three weeks to be onboarded.

If hired, you'll first attend a mandatory training class (fully paid) that may include time spent training at the office and at home. If you train and work at home, AT&T will provide the necessary equipment and you will need to have a suitable workspace with stable internet connection and cell phone signal.
