Our National Defense team supports our Nation’s federal agencies delivering services to the Public and are responsible to provide core agency mission service along with obtaining critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of mission delivery.
AT&T has an opening for Client Solutions Executive 4 to support Department of Defense organizations.
The job duties are as follows:
Account management, acquisition, growth and retention for AT&T solutions to solve and transform Department of Defense missions. This organization has substantial IT Budgets, involved very complex strategic selling skills and the ability to interface with senior level executives and officials. These accounts are very strategic and critical to attaining AT&T growth and revenue targets across a wide variety of products and solutions.
Use consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture.
Demonstrate sustained record of sales achievement responsible for meeting revenue objectives.
Build/maintain/grow network of colleagues/customers to share information, obtaining prospects.
Organize and lead product presentations/services/migrations and mapping to customer and prospective customer needs.
Develop responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
Identify key trends and customer needs, leveraging industry knowledge/applications.
Manage strong strategic partnership with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, priorities, delivering valuable solutions.
Demonstrates broad and strong working knowledge of entire product/service line.
Owns account relationship; responsible for meeting revenue objectives.
Duties directly related to making sales include:
Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at customer site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to/from the customer premise for sales activities
Providing subject matter expertise on technical sales issues; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals/presentations/bids, including developing pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions/sales
Researching/developing solutions with AT&T external partners, including design/engineering; researching customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities.
Required Clearance:
DoD Secret Clearance preferred
Required Qualifications:
Experience with Department of Defense
Bachelor’s Degree
Outside Sales experience • Passion around meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales targets • Strong networking and negotiation skills • Demonstrated consultative selling skills • Experience with Telecommunications or Technical sales
Our Client Sales Executives 4's earn a base salary between $ 122,000 - $183,000 + commission with a total target compensation of $197,000 - $258,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
