Job Description:
Assist new residential customers with set-up of applications and features on their devices and convey the benefits of an integrated AT&T solution. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Meet with residential consumers in their homes during their product installation in order to set-up their applications and features. Present customer promotions and offers. Present integrated solutions options to the customer and recommend solutions. Achieve sales and service objectives. Receive daily schedule for a specific area or territory. Track and report activities through established processes and procedures. Sell all products and services offered by the Company.

GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:
Customer Experience and Sales
- Meet and exceed all sales goals established by the Company
- Understand the needs of each individual customer and how the AT&T portfolio of products and services will meet and benefit the customer
- The ability to upsell and transition warm leads into actual sales in an outside sales environment
- Excellent time management and communications skills
- Engage customers with the latest AT&T products and services, including but not limited to, wireless data and voice, entertainment, TV, and broadband
- Engage customers through in-home product demonstrations and educate them on how to use all AT&T products and services
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

- Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately, in a timely manner
- Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
- Ability to work independently calling on customers

- Confidently and aggressively seeks new business utilizing strong negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years direct retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma preferred

Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $41,808 - $53,534 + $20,000 commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $71,029 per year. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
