Our centers operate Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. Your work schedule may be any time during operating hours and will include two days off each week
Once you’ve been selected, it takes an average of three weeks to be onboarded.
If hired, you'll first attend a mandatory training class (fully paid) that may include time spent training at the office and at home. If you train and work at home, AT&T will provide the necessary equipment and you will need to have a suitable workspace with stable internet connection and cell phone signal.
This is not a Work From Home role. This job will require to you work in our offices starting on your first day of training, and you will need to confirm your availability to work on site during the interview process. We do not currently offer remote or hybrid job opportunities.
